The national defense authorization act is unconstitutional.
Section 1021 of the NDAA states that "Affirmation of authority of the Armed Forces of the United States to detain covered persons pursuant to the Authorization for Use of Military Force."
Also, Obama plans on having 30,000 drones flying across america. That is approximately 600 drones per state!
