Revoke the National Football League's non-profit status

Created by A.A. on March 17, 2014

The NFL takes in 9.5 billion dollars a year yet is still deemed a non-profit. While many government agency's and organizations suffer from budget cuts it seems ridiculous that the NFL earns 9.5 billion dollars a year and pays no taxes. If the NFL payed 5% tax on 9.5 billion it would come out to 475,000,000 all of which could help the US government.
