The O-1B visa is a nonimmigrant visa reserved for " individuals with an extraordinary ability in the arts or extraordinary achievement in motion picture or television industry" and provides protection from many otherwise deportable offenses.
The United States should not be providing special privileges to foreign entertainers and artists. Their impact on popular culture is negligible compared to the negative effects on society. Entertainment is not more important than the safety and welfare of citizens of the United States.
