Revoke passport of Donald John Trump on grounds of national security / damage to foreign policy, as per 22 USC 211a etc

Created by D.L. on December 09, 2015

In the opinion of this petitioner and the undersigned, the recent actions of Donald John Trump represent more of an active threat to the national security, business interests and safety of US citizens abroad than any known terror group.

The recent comments by Mr. Trump test the boundaries of free speech under the Chaplinsky doctrine ("fighting words" inciting breach of the peace, against an entire religion.) They have been condemned by our allies, held up as evidence of xenophobia by our enemies, and held the entire US people up to ridicule.

While Mr.Trump may have protected speech in the US, should he travel abroad, US citizens may be at undue risk of attack during his travel or stay. We ask Mr.Trump's passport be rescinded for the safety of our travellers, business and foreign policy.
