REVOKE the Promotion and award of Fort Hood Shooter Nidal Hasan, incarcerated at Fort Leavenworth’s.

Created by R.K. on March 08, 2013

I think that giving, Fort Hood Shooter Nidal Hasan, a promotion to LT COL and an award (Legion of Merit), while serving time in Fort Leavenworth’s maximum security prison is a complete slap in the face to the entire military of the United States of America.
I am petitioning that his promotion and award get's revoked.
What kind of message does it send to everybody...."go ahead shoot people, get convicted, go to Leavenworth, you will get promoted there AND you will get an award for doing it to."
This is not right, just because the Army "forgot" to flag him for Administrative Actions, doesn't mean he should "automatically" get what HRC thinks he should be getting.
PLEASE revoke his promotion and award.
