Revoke Religious 501(c)(e) Tax Exemption Status for Scientology.

Created by H.M. on January 30, 2014

The Church of Scientology and all of its various corporate entities, shells, and constructs exists and continues to operate for the sole purpose of extracting a financial profit from people it engages. While freedom of religion should rightly be guaranteed to citizens of this country, the Church of Scientology engages its members and interested people in efforts to acquire monetary funds far in excess of any other charitable organization and even beyond most for-profit companies in this country.

Scientology, beyond coercing free labor from its adherents, has fraudulently acquired funds from countless citizens under dishonest pretenses; has earned revenue far beyond their delivery of charitable social services; and has willfully defrauded and sought to ruin former members and detractors.
