Revoke the Right to " FIRE WITHOUT CAUSE "

Created by M.D. on October 16, 2012

At-will employees can be fired at any time, for any reason . If the employer decides to let you go, that's the end of your job--They don't need a good cause to fire you.
Montana is the only state that protects employees who have completed an initial "probationary period" from being fired without cause. If employers didn't have such power, the unemployment rate wouldn't be so high and it sure would keep our country from getting more in debt supporting the millions on unemployment benefits.
Does it sound fair to you, that a superior can mess with someone's life " just because they can " ?
Enough " abuse of power "!
