Revoke the right of government officials to vote on pay increases for themselves, basing pay on state revenue/taxes paid

Created by B.M. on March 14, 2013

Revoking the right of government officials to vote a pay increase for themselves and setting a pay rate based on a percentage of state revenue and/or taxes (with no increase from state representatives) paid to the state in which the congressman/senator represents. Removing them from being paid through federal taxes. Monies from federal taxes (with no increase under the Obama Admin.) can then be used for military training, education and national deficit. Doing so would change tax brackets nation-wide, reducing the amount of federal taxes paid by individuals, home owners and middle-lower class citizens.
