Revoke the sections of the 2005 Energy Bill that exempts oil and gas companies from complying to the environmental acts.

Created by E.P. on August 17, 2012

Part of the 2005 Energy Bill exempts oil and gas companies from having to comply with the Safe Drinking Water Act, Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, CERCLA / Superfund Law, and many other environmental protection acts.

This allows oil and gas companies to drill for natural gas and other oil & gas resources WITHOUT regard for the environment.
