Revoke the tax exempt status of the Commission on Presidential Debates for partisanship

By denying participation to viable third party candidates such as Gary Johnson and Jill Stein, the Commission on Presidential Debates has failed as a non-partisan organization, and should no longer be subject to tax exempt status.
