The National Rifle Association's tax exempt status should be revoked by the IRS for the following reasons:
- Most of the activities of the NRA are solely intended to influence legislation and in fact the organization attempts to intimidate opposition into submission
- NRA purposes and activities specifically relating to assault weapons violates fundamental public policy as children fear attending school, patrons avoid movie theaters, and many now live without the guarantee of the 1st Amendment - to LIFE, liberty and happiness.
