Now that healthcare as been mandated. Planned parenthood is a dinosaur, whose day has passed. If 13 yr olds REQUIRE Birth Control or the result of not using any, they are covered under Obama Care for ALL their health needs! We don't need Planned Parenthood anymore. The fact that they ate complicit in the killing of unborn tax Payers is counter productive to reducing the size of our debt!
