Revoke tax-free status of all organized religions until such time as claims of divine command can be qualified. Each organized religion must provide observable proof of their particular deity(s) when invoking a divine overseer or claiming any knowledge thereof. Any claim of divine power of one human over another human must be qualified. Any religious text claiming divine authorship must be thoroughly criticized. Any persons attempting an exorcism must provide detailed evidence of power over supernatural beings. Possession of a human by evil forces must be confirmed by objective mental health specialists. Should no tangible evidence be presented, the tax-free status of that religious organization will be revoked and that religion will be officially considered false pending further evidence.
