Revoke U.S. Congress's ability to vote themselves a pay raise. U.S. citizens must vote on, and approve pay raises.

Congress is supposed to work for the citizens of this country. The citizens of this country are the employers, members of congress are the employees. I know of no other job in which employees can go above their employers and vote themselves a bigger pay check. The United States is in debt, and this would save this country millions of dollars each year.
