Venezuelan diplomat Roy Chaderton made a controversial comment on state TV on Monday 9th, 2015 when discussing how projectiles did not distinguish among political colors.
"Snipers aim for heads ... a squalid (opposition) head cannot be distinguished from a 'Chavista' head - except in its content," Chaderton said.
"The sound produced in a squalid (opposition) head is like a click because the skull is empty. So it goes through fast. But you only know that after the projectile passes".
As US Congresswoman, Ros-Lehtinen said:
"Chaderton s statement is a microcosm of the true nature of the Venezuelan regime, epitomizes the disdain it has for human rights, freedom and democracy, and will only serve to incite more violence against those who oppose (Venezuelan President Nicolás) Maduro."
