A BILL to amend and reenact § 18.2-76 of the Code of Virginia, relating to ultrasound requirement as part of informed consent for abortion.
This bill forces a woman to have an ultrasound, taking the right and freedom of choice away from her. It takes away a woman's right to control her body and gives that right to lawmakers and doctors.
