The principle that a citizen of this country can vote themselves funds from the treasury is anathema to the concepts of free enterprise and independence our country was founded upon, as well as ignorant of history and economics.
Therefore, we propose that if someone who is capable of work is receiving sustenance from the state that they thereafter waive their rights to vote for changes in that government while dependent on any such aid within the six months prior to any election.
If anyone so affected either becomes gainfully employed or opts to stop receiving said sustenance for no less than six months prior to any election then their ability to vote shall be restored in full.
