Revoke the Yakama Nation Indian Treaty of 1855. This treaty is out of date, but still in effect. This treaty is being violated on a daily basis by the Tribes of Washington State, Idaho and Oregon. Natives use this treaty to either not charge their members with crimes or issues minimum penalties. While non members are being held to the full extent of the law. We as Americans should be held to one standard of law. Not divided by culture. The natives have claimed that this was their right because they were here first. When in fact the finding of the "Kennewick Man" proves that native Americans where not here first. Disproving their claim. Giving native Americans reservations is fine. But they should follow all federal and state laws. They should not be able to ignore federal or state laws.
