Revolution

Over two hundred years ago a few brave men joined together to forge the foundations of our country. Their realizations on freedom and inalienable rights of all human beings were the catalysts of that change, showing the world that we could all have an equal chance at greatness. Living in America today I am ashamed to say that it has become a twisted image of its former self, saturated with greed and ignorance. It is my firm opinion that due to the ignorance of your average american and the lust for power of a few our "democracy" is now only a ghost of its former self. Money is the new law of the land, having it gives you access to anything you want illegal or legal, morally in-just or morally just, not having it can kill you. Clearly something is wrong, so help me change it!
