To own a home is some peoples American Dream. For too many people It has become an American nightmare I would like you to look at the American home and create a new standard of living for centuries to come. New Homes need to be built that are an investment and not a burden to our children. We need to look at the major factors that destroy homes, make homes unlivable, vacant homes and much more . For example if flooding is an issue why not have buildings that raise off foundations, Saving not only the insurance companies, but the possessions of the home owners. How can we have a better quality home, What should be a normal home construction in the year 2015 and beyond.
