reward against saddam hussain(former president of iraq )as i was informer in the above case

i was informer in case of saddam hussain(former president of IRAQ).Due to my information saddam was caught.governament of america announced reward against saddam.I was afraid of saddam followers that is why i was not claimed reward.everybody that it is risky one.
In 2009 i wrote a letter to Mr obama in which i requested for the reward.On14th august 2009 Mr Obama hon`ble president of america asked my address to issue reward.accordingly i sent my address several times sice 14th august 2009.no response from him
Hence respond me passitively.Please take this to the notice of Mr Obama hon`ble president of america and send me reward against saddam
