Reward women for not bearing children and allow them additional tax breaks.

Women who make the decision not to bear children should be allowed a tax break for not burdening the country's school system with more children. It is unfair to tax people for facilities they don't use. Instead of allowing more tax breaks for those who have dependents, who use the school system, the tax breaks should be given to those who do not. Single or Married women with no children should be given an additional tax break.
