Rewarding Good Grades Rather than Destroying their Bank Account

As a high school student going into college, I believe this is a fair request for college students already in that college tuition needs to be addressed more carefully and considerately. It is understandable that not all colleges and universities can accomodate losing money; however, many ideas of how to fix tuitions for college to make student loans easier to pay off. I believe that there needs to be a way of rewarding good grades and good behavior. An Idea that I believe would be brilliant is to have students who work hard and get good grades in college and even high school, only have to pay the percent of the difference of their grade for their college tutition.This way would be more efficient in helping people be more motivated to do better in their schooling and be able to pay for.
