Rewrite the Constitution

The United States Constitution was originally written in the late 1700s, which was over 200 years ago. Over the course of the 200 plus years people’s lives have changed, which is why a new Constitution is needed. Technology has advanced significantly over the past 200 years. An example is smart phones; 56% of Americans own a smart phone yet nothing was written in the Constitution regulating this potentially dangerous device. Drones should also be included in a new Constitution. Guns are also a major debate that should be included in the Constitution.
