If corporations are a person, they are a deaf, dumb and blind person and are completely in control of the board and executive. As such, all those who control such actions shall be held criminally liable for actions and decisions. It is the responsibility of all those in control be aware of the actions of the corporation and cannot claim that they did not know or understand what the corporation activities were.
