Rewrite the Legal Definition of Indecent Exposure to That of Sexual Gestures & Erections.

Created by S.W. on December 22, 2012

Do not assume that every single occurrence of public nudity is indecent. The idea that all public nudity is only sexual is mainly influenced by personal teachings found in nearly every Christian home in the country. We say 'nearly' because there are plenty of Christian homes that reject the idea that nudity and sex are in a binding relationship. Nudity is never always sexual. It depends on the context of the situation. If a man and a woman were found copulating on a nude beach with children within 5-15 minutes walking distance from their location, that is indecent. If a woman was nonchalantly spreading sun tan lotion on her labia when a child glanced over, she is not indecently exposing her labia to the child. If a homeless man is found urinating in a back alley, he is not indecent either.
