Abolish the current tax code system and rewrite the an entirely new one including the following ideas:
1) Eliminate taxes at the bottom end of the pay scale who receive social security benefits, therefore allowing the government to reduce social security payouts to them.
2) Introduce a flat tax rate for middle class Americans at a near-present rate.
3) For those earning under a six-figure amount (but above the middle class cutoff) introduce tax brackets.
4) Close loopholes and eliminate tax-deductions for those making over $1,000,000.
5) Make corporations and companies pay increased taxes who do not invest in green technology if applicable (ex: coal-based energy companies, car companies continuing to produce gas-guzzlers, etc.) and offer tax incentives if they do invest in such tech.
