i will like to have democracy in the region as well as goverments that are legite by a democratic process whithout fraud or dictatorships ,were civil rights and liberties are maintain according with the constitution of the land . The south america continent is being control by dictators and goverments nefastos whithout a popular vote ,manipulated by communist powers in the region attempting against the most important rights that have an human, stablish from the time of carta magna ,until the declaration of independance and the american constitution .. i request this petition because i believe strongly in a democratic hemisphere .
