Richard Nixon did what anyone would've done at the current time. Why blame one man for being paranoid when everyone born in that day and age was just as, or more paranoid. Nixon got a "raw deal" for this one thing he did wrong. He was just being overprotective of himself. If anyone should have been persecuted back then it was Senator Joseph McCarthy.
