Rid all schools of standardized testing in any form

Public schools require arbitrary tests to evaluate teachers and students. These tests cause far more stress and anxiety on students whose average anxiety levels are already higher than that of the average psychiatric patient in the 1950s. This is outrageous. If teachers need to be evaluated, they can be evaluated in classrooms. These tests have no valid purpose; they need to be irradiated.
