Rid this country of Yelp! Yelp only harms small business, therefore directly harming families.

My name is Esther, and I am the daughter of two small business owners. My parents are immigrants who don't speak English fluently so it is even harder for them to survive in this country. Due to their limitations, I handle numerous aspects of their business, and I can say with complete honesty and confidence that Yelp only harms small businesses. We value what our customers think about us, but Yelp makes our relationship with the public more difficult because of their biased actions. Yelp refuses to take down reviews written by people who have never dined with us, and by those who think they deserve something if they write a bad review on Yelp. I called Yelp business multiple times regarding these issues, and they told me "YOU should be thanking US for the all the business we get you".
