Rid elections of the Electoral College in favor of a Popular Vote.

Created by R.M. on November 15, 2012

The Electoral College has been a major contributor to the lack of involvement in the Country's election process. People neglect to vote as they feel that their voices will not or cannot be heard. In order to properly establish a functional and fair election, the Electoral College must be dropped and replaced with a country wide popular vote format which would allow every vote to count, regardless of what State a person lives in. For every vote to count every vote must have a chance to change the election in some way; the Electoral College does not allow for this to happen in the majority of the Country.
