H.R. 645 (111th): National Emergency Centers Establishment Act is a ploy for the government to set up FEMA camps to detain unruly citizens and/or "terrorists" that are aforementioned by the FBI under a very broad description in the event of marshal law. In the event of a deceleration of a state of emergency all powers of government can be transferred to FEMA. In the event of marshal law our military will detain peoples already identified by fusion centers deemed enemies of the state. As a nation we should not allow ourselves to be ruled by such fear and shadow laws that we would ultimately give up our rights.
