Fish hatcheries are negative affecting the environment and wild fish. I aim to eliminate the breeding of fish in unnatural environments. Hatcheries create food competition between the hatchery fish and wild fish, the interbreeding creates weaker stock, and hatchery fish are more susceptible to disease. There are economic benefits to hatcheries but there are other solutions to fish breeding that will not have these negative impacts.
