Incorporating the use or even the presence of the bible should be removed in every courtroom. There should be a waiver where the parties present in the room should sign and knowledge the presence of it.
Text in the bible states more than 10 violations to the American Justice System and should under no circumstances be sworn upon.The bible tells us to kill people and inflict injuries upon ourselves.
This is also very discriminating towards other races and people that are not Christian/Catholic.
