Ridiculous Campaign spending no necessary

Anyone running for any position of the government, let it be Presidential, Congress, State Governor, etc. Cannot spend more than half a million on advertising and promotion for their campaign when running. The purpose of this limitation is to reduce the candidates focus on trying to influence The People. Instead the candidate would concentrate on paying attention to the demands of The people.
