The Second Amendment of the United States Constitution reads: "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."
Thus being the case our rights are being infringed upon. We are required to ask permission and be counted in order to exercise the right of every american to defend themselves and there loved ones.
Texas has had to fight for there second ammendment rights since the civil war. We should not have to pay for a right a privilage is paid for not a right.
