The Right to Bear Arms is being taken out of context and should be limited.

In order to protect all Americans including those who cite the constitution's right to bear arms we have to limit where guns can be sold. They should only be sold in the United States by licensed gun stores not at Walmart. The bullets for these guns must have a number on them that can be traced back to the individual store. Mass quantities of bullets purchased should be investigated by the ATF so that mentally ill people can be sought out and treated before they take someone else's life. Doctors who treat these people should not be limited to three days to assess people. In order to protect all of us we should limit how we purchase guns and the ammunition that goes in them. We have more control over liquor sales than we do a weapon.
