Our Constitution’s 2nd Amendment gives the right of the people to keep and bear arms in defense of their home, person, property and as to our cities, towns, counties, states and across our nation. These rights in any form should not be abridged. Gun laws need to have the direct consent of its’ citizens before coming the law of the land. Government of these United States cannot curtail or make any legislative laws infringing upon the individual’s pursuit of life, liberty, or happiness.
