Expand title 18 US Code 2236 to allow any public citizen in good standing to intervene and arrest any individuals out lined in Title 18 code 2236 in such an event that said persons are threatening private citizens in such a manner as to cause serious bodily injury or death.
To expand title 18 code 2236 to include fines and jail time for any persons outlined violating civil rights and to have them fired on completion of any investigation in which suitable evidence and witness exist.
Provide for private citizens the right to protect life and liberty without fear of persecution from the government and law when arresting persons outlined in Title 18 code 2236 when the private citizen presents suitable evidence that they acted to protect another citizen from injury or death.
