The Right Thing To Do= Put an end to At-Will Employment.

I find both parties to be out of touch with reality on the subject of Unemployment. I have not been affected by outsourcing but I have been affecting by too many bad business owners that make a profit off of you, live off that and then have the ability to fire you for no reason or explanation...At-Will Employment does not help anyone but the business owner. In a society where there are more people than jobs, to be a hard working loyal employee does not count for anything these days when a company can fire you for calling in sick ONE time. There is NO compassion for the workers concerning this, it seems to be only protection for the business owner to use whatever agenda they may have. There needs to be more job protection, not just creation. Hard work deserves security.
