To have an Executive Order declaring Congress is now a "Right To Work" Congress. Immediately upon signing this order, the American people will be allowed to fire their representative at any time (up for referendums max of 2 times per year to recall representative) for any reason.
Also, upon signing this order, Congressional members will be subject to random drug screenings, credit checks., along with all of their social media comments, blogs, etc reviewable for scrutiny and termination.
Congress should also not be afforded any privilege, not afforded to the American people.
If the American people are unable to fulfill the vacancies of Congress, they shall authority to issue Immigrant Visa to fulfill those vacancies.
