The State of New Jersey is one of the few states working under the "No-Issue" guidelines for a CCW. This is an obscene and un- constitutional act by the rights of the Second Amendment. We the people of New Jersey reserve and deserve the rights to bear arms and protect our self, property, and families without the interference of any government entity. Including the right to carry a concealed firearm.
Reasonable and Negotiable Disqualifications: Any physical, mental disability in which would cause an individual to be considered unsafe when handling a firearm. Failure to complete a Federally recognized Handgun and Carry safety class.
