Congress has been going against all laws that have been applied to the constitution and amending the laws to benefit themselves and allow them to shutdown the government, whenever they don't agree on the new laws, this goes against the people ,we can not allow this to happen again ,petition to block any entity from shutting down government and all entities under any circumstances
