The rights of those incarcerated.

I think it is a tragedy that men and women are incarcerated for crimes, justly or unjustly so are forced into a lifetstyle of homosexuality and sexual immorality and in some instances becoming a victim of rape but no one cares. Shouldn't the law also protect the rights of the criminal from further harm and crimes being done to them while they are in prison? I think it is a disgrace that someone can get imprisoned for check fraud and while being incarcerated be forced into a lifestyle of sexual promiscuity, including homosexuality, prostitution, and being a victim of rape. I also worry about children who are placed with hardened criminals, some of whom are sexual offenders. This is unjust and it needs to change.
