The time has come for all of us to make a decision. Either we rise above our differences and reach out to one another to find common ground or we risk the very existence of the Republic itself.
Today I call upon my fellow citizens and this administration to encourage and promote the Governors and State Legislatures of all 50 states, under Article V, to command the US Congress to convene The 2nd American Constitutional Convention so We The People may amend the Constitution with a Congressional term limits, Balanced Budget Amendment, and perhaps others.
