The rampart of the terrorist, Fizz, The Tidal Trickster, have gone on for far too long. A .3 AP ratio cut followed by a Lich Bane nerf (which reverted the original nerf) did NOT solve the issues of this champion.
I request that, with enough signatures, we force Riot Gaming into finally listening to their large community for a change, instead of balancing their game around Esports.
We want a fun and unique environment for everyone in this game, and it's time Riot finally heard our words.
