Robert Chisolm We need a petition calling on the dis-barrment of the judge who sentenced Ms. Alexander the sentence is such a unfair conclusion,to the pain and suffering she has already suffered at the hands of her abusive husband. To be sentenced to 20 years in prison for protecting herself,is such a racist assinine act,on part of the judge . It clearly shows that the presence of racism,by a strong bareing on how and why she (Ms. Alexander)was sentenced in this case.Shame on the judge,and shame on the state of florida for imposing such a dreaded sentence,just because she tried to defend herself from harm against a abusive husband. She did'nt harm him,nor did she harm anyone.The warning shot prevented him from attacking her or her children. This is ludicris!
