We the people ask the federal government to Propose a new Administration policy:

"Role Model" Statute

Created by Z.C. on July 11, 2016

The "Role Model" statute I am purposing is an effort to circumvent the ideology that law enforcement and legislation personel are given special treatment by our governmental system. Most crimes are already given higher sentences when against someone belonging to either classification. As such, the reverse should also be implemented, to where any crimes perpetrated by a individual belonging to either classification (law enforcement and/or legislation) will face harsher punishment due to being a role model for our government and people.
Law enforcement or legislation personnel that perform violent, hate, and any felony charge, should face at least five years above the minimum if jail time is already a minimum of the original statute.

We need to punish those who misrepresent our role models
