The White House should study federal acts and regulations that were created between 1945 and 1993 for the main purpose of emphasizing the difference between the United States and the USSR, or democracy and communism, or finding communists for prosecution or persecution based on political affiliation. The time for many if not most of these sometimes subtle changes made are past, and should be removed.
